I wasn’t before but I got pretty used to it after once or twice. It is rather nice to be able to see who you are talking to — especially with kids — so the princess can talk with her cousins, grandparents, etc.
With that said though, it works pretty well for just voice chat as well — enough so that I would rather use it than make a long distance call.
This is sort of tempting me to get a Skype account, I love drunken talks! Haha.

You should! Just know that if the princess is awake she will just keep stealing the microphone to scream in it.
My mom just got her Skype hooked up too and she’s crazy about it. I’m not much of a webcam person though so I will probably never get it.
