Still Alive, Kind Of

A shit-ton of boxes (and unintentional free advertisement):

This is how you get refrigerators up the stairs in skinny Japanese houses (i.e. you don’t):

The princess was kind of freaked out for the first day or so but is much better now that she has found out that there are lots of new things to destroy:

I think my lasagna is getting slightly better?

And being that we now finally have a over, I tried out making a pizza:

It didn’t really turn out how I wanted it to, but then again I probably had my expectations set a bit too high. It tasted decent enough though I suppose. I’m going to have to look into some better recipes for the crust once I finally manage to get our fiber line put in (hopefully at the end of next week).

So yeah, we are going to be going to Hong Kong from this weekend and my parents will be coming to visit soon after we get back. A few days later, we will most likely have another fit show (details pending), and yeah, needless to say I’m staying stupid busy.

Packing

The house is officially ours and we will be moving in on Thursday. Which means of course that we get to live in a maze of cardboard boxes for the next few days, and we will most likely end up going internet-less for a while after (I eventually decided on a fiber line if anyone is deathly curious). So yeah, the next week or so should be, um, horrible.

The show last week was super fun — meaning I got nice and loaded. Performance wise it really wasn’t bad, especially considering a had a good few beers in me (downed as quickly as possible during setup and on stage). So yeah, thanks to those who came out and to everyone else for all the continued support! It wouldn’t be worth doing it without you guys, seriously.
